Our bespoke jewelry service allows you to customize or create fine jewelry based on your idea, sketch, reference photo, loose gemstone, family heirloom, or special occasion. From design consultation and stone selection to 3D rendering, crafting, setting, polishing, and final finishing, our team will guide you through the full process.

Bespoke pieces may include engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, heirloom redesigns, and one-of-a-kind gemstone jewelry.

Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

We offer bridal jewelry consultation for engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary rings, and meaningful couple jewelry.

Our team can help you choose the right diamond, gemstone, gold color, ring size, band width, setting style, and design details to create a piece that suits your love story, lifestyle, and budget.

Natural Diamond & Gemstone Selection

For clients looking for a specific stone, we offer guidance in selecting natural diamonds, colored gemstones, and pearls.

This may include natural diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, aquamarines, South Sea pearls, freshwater pearls, and other precious or semi-precious gemstones depending on availability.

We can advise on quality, color, size, proportion, certification, budget, and design suitability.

Lab-Grown Diamond Options

While our main fine jewelry collections focus on natural diamonds, lab-grown diamond alternatives are available upon request for selected bespoke pieces.

Our team will clearly communicate the type of diamond used before purchase or production, so each client can choose the option that best suits their preference and budget.

Jewelry Redesign & Heirloom Remodeling

Transform old jewelry, family heirlooms, or unworn pieces into something new while preserving their sentimental value.

We can help redesign rings, pendants, earrings, brooches, bracelets, or loose stones into updated fine jewelry pieces that feel more wearable, meaningful, and personal.

Jewelry Repair

We offer comprehensive jewelry repair services for many types of fine jewelry, including pieces purchased from So Perfect Jewelry as well as jewelry from other brands.

Our repair services may include prong repair, stone tightening, chain repair, clasp replacement, setting adjustment, resizing, polishing, rhodium plating, restoration, and general maintenance.

Before accepting any repair, our team will inspect the piece and advise whether the repair is possible and suitable. Please note that repair work, especially on older pieces, delicate settings, fragile gemstones, pearls, heavily worn items, or jewelry from other brands, may carry certain risks.

While our team will handle every piece with care, the final result may vary depending on the condition, structure, materials, and previous repair history of the jewelry. Some repairs may not be possible, and So Perfect Jewelry reserves the right to decline repair work when we believe the piece is too fragile or unsuitable for repair.

Ring Resizing

We offer ring resizing services where possible, depending on the ring design, stone setting, engraving, and structure.

Some rings, such as eternity rings or highly detailed designs, may have limited resizing options. Our team will inspect the ring and advise whether resizing is suitable.

Jewelry Cleaning, Polishing & Maintenance

So Perfect Jewelry pieces may be brought or sent back to us for professional cleaning and inspection.

Complimentary rhodium plating is available once a year for eligible white gold jewelry. Yellow gold and rose gold pieces may receive complimentary polishing service once a year, depending on the condition and structure of the piece.

We also recommend regular inspection for rings, bracelets, and frequently worn jewelry to help prevent loose stones, worn prongs, or structural damage.

3D Rendering & 3D Printed Mockup

For selected bespoke designs, we can provide 3D renderings to help clients understand the size, proportion, and overall appearance of the piece before production.

A 3D printed mockup may also be available for certain designs, allowing clients to review the look and feel of the jewelry before any metal is used.

Jewelry Consultation

Our team offers personal consultation for clients who need guidance before making a purchase.

We can assist with choosing gifts, selecting jewelry for special occasions, comparing gemstones, understanding diamond quality, planning bridal jewelry, or deciding between ready-made and bespoke options.

International Orders

We assist both local and international clients with product inquiries, bespoke orders, payment guidance, and worldwide shipping for eligible orders.

For international clients, our team can provide additional photos, videos, product details, and communication support before purchase.
