Our Policy

Purchase Policy

At So Perfect Jewelry, we are committed to offering authentic fine jewelry made with genuine materials, careful craftsmanship, and honest guidance. Please review our purchase policy before placing an order.

Authenticity & Materials

All So Perfect Jewelry pieces are guaranteed to be made with the materials described at the time of purchase.

Our jewelry may include natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds when requested, genuine gemstones, genuine pearls, and solid gold or platinum, depending on the design and order details.

Most of our fine jewelry is made with solid 18K gold, including white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold, unless stated otherwise. Selected designs may also be custom-made in other gold purities, including 14K, 10K, 9K, and Platinum 950 or 900 upon request.

Selected diamonds, gemstones, and high-value pieces may come with laboratory certificates depending on the item. If a specific laboratory certificate is required, please contact our team before purchase.

Order Confirmation

For ready-made jewelry, orders are confirmed once payment has been completed or once a deposit has been accepted by So Perfect Jewelry.

For bespoke, custom-made, resized, engraved, or specially ordered pieces, production will begin only after the design details, materials, price, timeline, and payment terms have been confirmed.

Clients are responsible for checking all order details carefully before confirming production, including ring size, gold color, stone choice, design details, engraving, chain length, and delivery information.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and selected online payment methods. International payment options may vary depending on the client’s country and the order value.

For selected items, a deposit may be required to reserve an item or begin bespoke production. Deposits for bespoke, custom-made, specially ordered, resized, or engraved items may be non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been prepared.

All prices are subject to change depending on gold price, stone availability, exchange rate, design complexity, and material cost until the order has been officially confirmed.

So Perfect Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or decline any order when necessary, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, incorrect product information, payment issues, suspected fraud, stock or material unavailability, production limitations, shipping restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable payment-processing conditions.

Currency & Exchange Rates

Although product prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for convenience, Thai Baht (THB) is the primary currency used by So Perfect Jewelry.

Prices displayed in currencies other than Thai Baht are estimates based on the applicable exchange rate and may change from time to time. The final amount charged to your credit card or payment account in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount displayed on our website due to exchange-rate fluctuations, currency conversion methods, payment-provider fees, or charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

So Perfect Jewelry is not responsible for differences caused by currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or exchange rates applied by banks, credit card companies, or payment providers.

Bespoke & Custom-Made Jewelry

Bespoke and custom-made jewelry is created according to each client’s request. This may include changes to design, size, material, gemstone, diamond quality, gold color, engraving, or structure.

For selected bespoke designs, 3D renderings and/or 3D printed mockups may be provided to help clients understand the size, proportion, and overall appearance before production.

Because bespoke jewelry is made specifically for each client, custom-made, resized, engraved, modified, or specially ordered pieces may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange once production has started.

Production time varies depending on the design, material availability, and complexity of the piece. Our team will provide an estimated timeline before production begins.

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping for eligible orders.

Shipping method, delivery time, insurance, and handling process may vary depending on the destination country, item value, and shipping provider.

Each item is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and presented in So Perfect Jewelry packaging before shipment.

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other local charges are not included unless stated otherwise.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. So Perfect Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or unpaid import charges.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item for standard ready-made jewelry, and within 3 days for most bespoke or custom-made items.

The replacement item must be of equal or higher value. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with original packaging and any certificates or documents provided.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, customized, specially ordered, or made according to the client’s specific request may not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees, insurance fees, customs duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and price differences may be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we generally do not offer cash refunds unless the item is proven to be materially different from the description provided by So Perfect Jewelry or there is an eligible issue confirmed by our team.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case. Bespoke, custom-made, resized, engraved, modified, or specially ordered pieces are generally non-refundable once production has started.

Repair & Warranty Policy

We offer complimentary repair service within 30 days of receiving your item for eligible craftsmanship-related issues.

After 30 days, repair labor may remain complimentary for eligible items; however, replacement stones, gold, pearls, diamonds, gemstones, or additional materials may be charged separately.

Damage caused by accident, impact, improper use, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair, chemical exposure, loss, theft, or misuse is not covered under complimentary warranty service.

If a stone becomes loose, please stop wearing the item immediately and contact our team. Continuing to wear jewelry with a loose stone may increase the risk of further damage or stone loss.

Resizing Policy

For rings, we offer one complimentary post-sale resizing service where possible.

Resizing depends on the ring design, stone setting, engraving, structure, and size difference required. Some designs, including eternity rings or highly detailed rings, may have limited resizing options or may not be resizable.

Additional resizing, major size changes, or resizing that requires extra gold, stones, or structural work may incur additional charges.

Cleaning, Polishing & Maintenance

So Perfect Jewelry pieces may be brought or sent back to us for professional cleaning and inspection.

Complimentary rhodium plating is available once a year for eligible white gold jewelry. Yellow gold and rose gold pieces may receive complimentary polishing service once a year, depending on the condition and structure of the piece.

Some jewelry, especially pieces with delicate gemstones, pearls, antique settings, or intricate structures, may require special care and may not be suitable for certain polishing or plating processes.

Jewelry Repair

We offer comprehensive jewelry repair services for many types of fine jewelry, including pieces purchased from So Perfect Jewelry as well as jewelry from other brands.

Our repair services may include prong repair, stone tightening, chain repair, clasp replacement, setting adjustment, resizing, polishing, rhodium plating, restoration, and general maintenance.

Before accepting any repair, our team will inspect the piece and advise whether the repair is possible, suitable, and reasonably safe. Please note that repair work on jewelry, especially older pieces, delicate settings, fragile gemstones, pearls, heavily worn items, or jewelry from other brands, may carry certain risks.

Possible risks may include stone damage, stone loss, minor gold loss during polishing or repair, changes in shape, changes in surface texture, visible repair marks, or results that may not appear exactly as the client expects. Some stones and materials may also react differently to heat, pressure, chemicals, ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, or plating.

By proceeding with a repair service, the client acknowledges and accepts these risks. So Perfect Jewelry reserves the right to decline repair work if we believe the piece is too fragile, unsuitable, or high-risk. For jewelry not originally purchased from So Perfect Jewelry, we cannot guarantee the original craftsmanship, material quality, stone durability, or previous repair history.

While our team will handle every piece with care and professional attention, So Perfect Jewelry shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, material weakness, stone instability, gold loss from necessary repair or polishing processes, or damage that may occur due to the inherent risk of repairing delicate or previously worn jewelry.

Our team will always aim to provide the best possible result, but we cannot guarantee that the final outcome will match the client’s expectation exactly.

Product Images & Descriptions

We make every effort to present product images, videos, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, actual color and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, natural stone characteristics, and handmade craftsmanship.

Natural gemstones, diamonds, and pearls may have unique inclusions, color variations, growth marks, or natural characteristics. These are part of the individuality of genuine materials and are not necessarily considered defects.

Due to the nature of fine jewelry craftsmanship, natural materials, and handmade production, slight variations may occur between the listed specifications and the finished piece. Measurements, dimensions, stone sizes, total weight, gold weight, and other product details are approximate and may vary slightly.

Minor differences may also occur as a result of polishing, setting, finishing, resizing, or production adjustments. Gold purity will remain within the applicable industry standard and legal tolerance for the stated fineness. These small variations are part of the craftsmanship process and are not considered defects, provided that the item remains materially consistent with the product description and confirmed order details.
