Our Warranty & Services
Free repair for all items within 30 days after receiving including lost/damaged stones. After 30 days, lost/damaged stones will be charged separately with free labor and repair services.
Our items are guaranteed to be authentic, made with genuine gemstones and solid gold. If found to be inauthentic, we offer lifetime buy-back policy at full amount.
Exchange is available for all items and must be returned within 3 days after receiving. The replacement item must be the same or of higher price.

All of our items can be sent in for cleaning and inspection as many times as wished with free plating service once a year.
